Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, & Jennifer Garner Come Together to Cheer On Daughter Seraphina at Her School Play

Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, and Jennifer Garner have become major blended family goals — and it’s not just when they pick up or drop off one child at another’s houses. They are also coming together for special occasions, and we love to see it. Jennifer Lopez joined the former couple recently to see their youngest daughter Seraphina perform in her school play. And honestly, how special is that for Seraphina to see her parents sitting in the same auditorium despite their differences?

The 14-year-old also had at least two siblings at the show. Lopez was seen strolling with and hugging her stepdaughter Violet, 17, and also her 15-year-old son Maximillian. Lopez shares Max and his twin sister Emme (who was not spotted at the event) with her ex-husband Marc Anthony. Affleck and Garner also share a son, Samuel, and it is unclear if the 10-year-old saw his sister take to the stage.

We can’t confirm if the Jennifers caught up at the special event, but there doesn’t seem to be any bad blood there. What we can surmise is that the two were not in contact beforehand since they had very different ideas when it came to the dress code.

JLo treated her stepdaughter’s school play like it was a red carpet premiere, wearing a flowing and ruffled red dress with a high slit and matching red platform heels. If there was any need for an understudy, the singer-actress was definitely dressed for the stage.

Garner was much more casual, wearing mom jeans and a T-shirt paired with white sneakers and a black jacket. And honestly, we’re with Garner on this one.

This is far from the first time this trio has come together for their kids. In January, they went to one of Seraphina’s musical performances together, and they seem to be taking this whole co-parenting thing in stride.

In her Dec. 2022 cover story for Vogue, J. Lo called Garner “an amazing co-parent.” Just a month earlier, an insider told Us Weekly that the two really have formed a “friendship” and that Garner “can’t believe how sweet” Lopez is to her kids.

“Now that Jen and Jen have been co-parenting, they’ve been getting to know each other better and have formed a very new friendship,” the source said. We love to see it!
